Textbook Customers

Thank you for your interest in our Crystal Ball Textbook Edition Program.

Oracle, maker of Crystal Ball software, can only provide support for the currently released version of software, and one previous version. The free trial products that are acquired through textbooks or via Internet download, must be the latest version to be supported.

If you are having technical difficulties with your trial/evaluation you may refer to our troubleshooting self-help documents through this link or by visiting our Web Site.

Crystal Ball Textbook Edition is limited to one license attempt. We do not offer license resets or additional license attempts for free trials. Therefore, it is important for you to review our installation and licensing instructions located within the Self - Help Documents before installing the software.

If you have an outdated version of our trial version (a CD would be included in the textbook) and need to get an updated trial, please have your professor contact us with the following information:

  • Your Name (professors only please)
  • University
  • Class being taught
  • Textbook used
  • Version of Crystal Ball included in the textbook Number of students currently enrolled in class
