In the fall of 2002, we created our Crystal Ball Six Sigma Partner Program to formalize our high level of commitment to Six Sigma and DFSS consultants who use our software. The program is a co-marketing effort that provides our partners with materials and assistance for their Crystal Ball training and implementation. Partners are expected to become proficient with Crystal Ball and to cooperate on joint marketing efforts.
