I have installed Crystal Ball Pro to the Spanish version of Excel, which resides on the Spanish version of Windows. When I try to run some of the Extenders I get the message "Error in forecast cell."

This problem is the result of a conflict between the English version of Crystal Ball Pro and the Spanish version of Excel. Contact our technical support and they will send you a copy of CB.XLA which will work with Spanish Excel. This file should be copied over the existing version of CB.XLA currently in your CB folder.
