  Where are the examples located?

Crystal Ball 2000.2.2:

The CB Predictor example files are located in the CB Predictor\Examples subdirectory of the Crystal Ball installation as of the Crystal Ball 2000.2.2 release. They were moved from their previous location so that their relative location was the same as in a stand-alone CB Predictor installation. This way, the tool for CB Predictor examples that gets placed on the Excel toolbar works correctly regardless of whether Predictor is installed as a stand-alone application or as part of CB Pro. In CB 2000.2 (and before), this tool did not work, issuing an error to the effect that the directory could not be found.

Crystal Ball 2000:

The examples can be selected from the Windows Start Menu > Programs > Crystal Ball > Examples.

These files are now located at: C:\Program Files\Crystal Ball\examples

Versions previous to Crystal Ball 2000 (5.0):

All Crystal Ball and OptQuest examples are located in the Crystal Ball Directory. If you are unsure of this location, please try the following default path:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\CB\examples

You can also use your Windows Explorer to 'Find' the Crystal Ball file called cb.xla, which will be located in the same directory as the Examples folder.
