While trying to install CB Predictor 1.2 or earlier, I get the message "Your registration number is invalid."

A handful of customers ordering CB Predictor 1.2 or earlier received Crystal Ball CDs instead of CB Predictor CDs by mistake. While both CDs contain both products, the main setup.exe file on the Crystal Ball CD runs the Crystal Ball installation, not the CB Predictor installation.

When you enter a CB Predictor registration number during the Crystal Ball installation, you get the error message "Your registration number is invalid." To run the CB Predictor installer from a Crystal Ball CD, run the setup.exe file from the CB Predictor folder. Use your CB Predictor registration number during this installation, and you should have no problem.
