The version of the Cell Phone model installed with the Crystal Ball Tutorial is not compatible with Excel 95. We have created a separate version of this model that will work on Excel 95.

After you have downloaded and installed the file, double-click on the "cellphone95.exe" self-extracing Zip file, which will unzip the Excel 95-compatible version of the Cell Phone model. Select a location where you would like to save the model. You should place the model in the same folder in which the Crystal Ball Tutorial is installed, which is C:\Program Files\Decisioneering\Crystal Ball\Tutorial by default.
