While fitting data, Crystal Ball freezes on the
logistic distribution.
The culprit is actually the Gamma distribution, not the logistic distribution.
We changed the Gamma distribution to allow negative locations; apparently,
this fix
has had an effect on the fitting routines.
The workaround is to select Choose Distributions and then select all
the distributions except the Gamma distribution. Alternatively,
Decisioneering has a new version of Crystal Ball which fixes this problem.
