Why do I get the error message 'Cannot complete
operation due to unexpected error'?
This error is usually caused by add-ins that add menus to the Excel menu
bar while Crystal Ball loads or after Crystal Ball loads.
Either disable the other add-in or load Crystal Ball manually after the
other add-in. If you must have the other add-in open at the same time,
simply load the other add-in first (automatically using the Add-ins dialog
is fine) and then load Crystal Ball by opening the file CB.xla from the
Crystal Ball folder. This should discontinue any conflict when the menus
are loading.
