When I try to save a run, Crystal Ball tacks on
the extension .xls to the file name instead of .run. Do you have
a patch for this problem or is there another way to fix it?
We have seen this problem on certain occasions with Crystal Ball 4.0e,
to solve this problem, download Crystal Ball version 4.0g.
