Who should attend?
This course is designed for Crystal Ball clients and Six Sigma practitioners interested in gaining an understanding of where the various analytical tools in the Crystal Ball Professional Edition fit into the Six Sigma process. This one-day course uses services/transactional and manufacturing models and is appropriate for Six Sigma practitioners across all business sectors.
In this one-day course, you will learn to:
- Apply simulation to your existing business models to identify
the areas of your business where Six Sigma quality and Lean speed
will generate the largest returns,
- View the variance of your process model and visually examine
how changing inputs
affects your output,
- Identify where simulation, sensitivity analysis, forecasting/regression
and stochastic optimization are useful across the DMAIC, DMADV
and LEAN methodologies.
- Communicate the concepts and effects of variability and uncertainty
to other members of your organization,
- And more!
